ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jackie Cauthen, also known as Nana Jackie, wears many hats. Born in Harlem, New York City, she is the mother of three adult sons and an adopted daughter. She has been a professional registered nurse for over 45 years specializing in Maternal and Child Health, Public Health Nursing.
A highly motivated and qualified person, Jackie is the Co-fouder of Bronx Wholistic Network. Started in 2005 to provide information and therapeutic services focusing on mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health and well-being.

She is also a certified Success Coach, dedicating herself as an Adolescent Life Skills Educator. Recently, she has achieved certification as a 'Living Foods Lifestyle' Coach. Additionally, she has served as 'Balm in Gilead' District, Co-ordinator and is a life matron missionary for the New York City Caldwell AME Zion Church.
Finally, Nana Jackie is an acknowledged writer, self-published poet, author and journey teller, imparting her words of wisdom with a winning smile.
